The Corporate Wallet® is your personal 1-CP profile for business purchases. It is created when you register or log in for 1-CP for the first time, for example to use Corporate Checkout®, the Corporate Wallet® Agent or the 1-CP dashboard. It can be reused with any merchant in the 1-CP network and changed at any time.
Profile data and extra fields: Your details and frequently used extra fields (like cost center or employee number) are loaded automatically on future purchases. With profile synchronization they can be taken over automatically from your organization's systems.
Payment methods: From your stored card to corporate payment methods like central company accounts or virtual cards provided by your organization.
Special rates: Discounts and negotiated rates that your supplier links to your wallet are applied automatically at checkout.
If you manage your own Corporate Wallet, you configure all of these settings yourself in the Corporate portal. If your Corporate Wallet is managed by your company (claimed or verified), your organization's admins take care of it. In that case, authorized administrators can also see your business purchases.
You can find your transactions and profile settings in the 1-CP dashboard at dash.1-cp.com, logging in works the same way as at checkout. Organization-wide settings such as payment configurations, connectors and policies are managed in the Corporate portal.
With the Corporate Wallet® Agent, our browser extension, you can use your wallet even on websites without an integrated Corporate Checkout®.
