The Corporate Wallet® is your personal 1-CP profile for business purchases. It is created when you register with 1-CP or log in for the first time, e.g. to use the Corporate Checkout®, the Corporate Wallet Agent or the 1-CP Dashboard. You reuse it with every merchant in the 1-CP network.
What's inside the Corporate Wallet?
Profile data and extra fields: Your details and frequently used extra fields (e.g. cost center or employee number) are loaded automatically on future purchases. With profile synchronization, your company can take them over automatically from its systems.
Payment methods: From your own stored card to corporate payment methods such as central company accounts or virtual cards provided by your company.
Special rates: Discounts and negotiated rates that a merchant links to your Corporate Wallet are applied automatically at checkout.
Where you manage your Corporate Wallet
You manage your personal profile data and your own cards in the 1-CP Dashboard at dash.1-cp.com. You log in there with the same account as at checkout. How to maintain your profile is described in How do I manage my profile?
Settings that apply to your whole company are managed by your company's admin in the Corporate portal: Business Units, corporate payment methods, company SSO and policies.
Self-managed or managed by your company
You maintain a self-managed Corporate Wallet on your own: you edit profile data, extra fields and cards in the 1-CP Dashboard. As soon as your company claims and verifies its domain with 1-CP, your Corporate Wallet comes under your company's central management. How this works is described in Central onboarding: rolling out 1-CP in your company. In that case, authorized admins can also see your business purchases.
The Corporate Wallet on any website
With the Corporate Wallet Agent, the 1-CP browser extension, you can use your Corporate Wallet in online shops without an integrated Corporate Checkout.
