Profile synchronization keeps your employees' profiles in 1-CP up to date automatically. 1-CP takes the data directly from your organization's central directory, e.g. an HR system, a procurement tool, a booking platform or Active Directory.
Instead of creating new employees manually or entering changes to existing profiles, profile synchronization does this for you.

How to set up profile synchronization
You set this up in the Corporate portal under Configurations > Profile Pull. Via New Profile Pull Config you create a configuration with which 1-CP automatically imports profiles from your connected profile system. The self-service options include Umbrella Faces, Onesto, Amadeus Cytric, SAP Concur, Atriis, Deem and Atlatos.
Important: If you change profile fields in 1-CP manually, profile synchronization may overwrite these values at the next sync. It is best to make changes directly in the source system.
Your system is not in the self-service catalog? Then 1-CP activates the connector for you. Use the integration request form in the Help widget.
