Profile Synchronization is a feature that automatically keeps your employee profiles in 1-CP up-to-date by syncing them directly from your organisation's central directory (like an HR system, Procurement Tool, Corporate Booking Engine or Active Directory).
Instead of manually adding new employees or updating changes to existing profiles, this feature does the work for you.

Stay Current: Employee profiles in 1-CP will always reflect the most recent changes in your organisation, such as new roles, name changes, or departures.
You set this up in the Corporate portal under Configurations → Profile Pull. With a profile pull configuration, 1-CP automatically imports user profiles from a connected profile system. Via New Profile Pull Config the self-service options include Umbrella Faces, Onesto, Amadeus Cytric, SAP Concur, Atriis, Deem and Atlatos. This keeps your employees' profile data up to date without having to maintain it manually in 1-CP.
The Corporate portal only shows the connectors you can set up yourself in self-service. 1-CP supports many more integrations, which are activated by us as a service. Here you find the complete overview of all supported profile connectors:
