Corporate payment methods

With 1-CP you pay with your company's own corporate payment methods. This lets you use the financial partners you already work with and manage your payment solutions in one place.

• More choice: You choose from traditional corporate cards, virtual cards and alternative payment methods.

• Simpler settlement: You connect your existing financial setup directly. This makes reconciliation and payment processing easier.

How to set up corporate payment methods

You set up corporate payment methods in the Corporate portal under Configurations > Issuing & Payments. Each configuration is assigned to a Business Unit and determines which payment source is used for that Business Unit's transactions.

Configurations at a glance

The overview lists all payment configurations of your company. You can filter the list by provider and Business Unit. You can edit existing configurations at any time or activate and deactivate them with the toggle. Deactivated configurations are kept but are no longer used for new transactions.

Creating a new configuration

Use Add Configuration to open the wizard. In the first step you choose the payment source. You set up three types in self-service:

• AirPlus: create an AirPlus configuration and map the AirPlus fields to your company fields

• Card on File: store a central card as a corporate payment method

• Conferma: connect Conferma as an aggregator for virtual cards

Assignment (mapping)

Finally you define who the configuration applies to: Global for your entire company, or specifically for individual User, a Group or a Category. Use the plus icon to combine several assignments.

Other issuers via 1-CP

1-CP activates all other issuers from the list below for you. Use the integration request form in the Help widget.

Note on input tax deduction

Payment methods with input tax deduction only work if the merchant has set them up accordingly and activated them for the respective company.
