Under Configurations you connect 1-CP to your existing systems. There are three menu items for this: Profile Pull, Reporting and Auth.
Important: The portal only shows the connectors you can set up yourself in self-service. 1-CP supports many more integrations, which are activated by us as a service. You can find the complete overviews in the articles "Profile Synchronization", "Reporting & Expense" and "Company SSO (Single Sign-On)".
With a profile pull configuration, 1-CP automatically imports user profiles from a connected profile system. Via New Profile Pull Config the self-service options include Umbrella Faces, Onesto, Amadeus Cytric, SAP Concur, Atriis, Deem and Atlatos. This keeps your employees' profile data up to date without having to maintain it manually in 1-CP. Read more in the article "Profile Synchronization".
Via New Reporting you set up interfaces that automatically deliver transaction data to your systems.
For a webhook you define which events (for example Create, Update, Confirmed, Paid or Canceled) make 1-CP send a POST request to your payload URL. You choose the content type, can set a secret, control SSL verification and decide on the data scope (status updates only or everything). Optionally you map internal field names to your target system's field names via the data field mapping and store an external id per company. You can find the technical documentation in our developer docs at docs.one-cp.com/webhooks.
For details on which data is transferred and which other reporting targets (ERP, expense, CRM, BI, duty of care) are supported, see the article "Reporting & Expense".
Under Auth you add your own identity provider, in self-service Google, Azure, ADFS or Okta. Your team can then sign in to 1-CP via single sign-on using their familiar company login. For details, see the article "Company SSO (Single Sign-On)".
Note: Is your system not in the self-service catalog? Use the integration request form in the help widget and we will activate the integration for you.
