How to Get Started

Webhooks are self-service in the Corporate portal. All other reporting connectors are activated by 1-CP as a service. Use the Integration-Request form in the Help Widget and we will activate the integration for you.

Custom Integrations via Webhooks

Is your preferred tool not on the list? You can leverage 1-CP's powerful webhook functionality to build your own custom data connections.

Webhooks can automatically push transaction data to your desired application in real-time, allowing you to integrate with a wide variety of custom or in-house solutions. For complete technical documentation, please visit our developer docs.

You set this up in the Corporate portal under Configurations → Reporting: via New Reporting you create the interface. For a webhook you define which events (for example Create, Update, Confirmed, Paid or Canceled) make 1-CP send a POST request to your payload URL. You choose the content type, can set a secret, control SSL verification and decide on the data scope (status updates only or everything). Optionally you map internal field names to your target system's field names via the data field mapping and store an external id per company.
