Corporate PayLink™ is the no-code way for merchants to bill companies. It is meant for business that does not run through a web checkout: offers, quotes, group contracts as well as deposits and installment plans. The merchant sends a link, and the company confirms and pays with the corporate payment method it actually uses.
How Corporate PayLink works
Create the offer: The merchant creates the offer in the Merchant portal via New Contract: manually, by PDF upload or via the API.
Send the link: The merchant sends a link by e-mail or copies it and shares it directly.
Open and confirm: The company opens the link, checks the offer and confirms it.
Pay: Payment runs through Corporate Checkout® with the corporate payment method from the Corporate Wallet®.
Charge on the agreed date: Payments can be one-time or recurring, for example deposits, installments or long stays. Each charge is made on the agreed date.
Reconciled to the transaction: Every payment ends up in the same transaction record as with Corporate Checkout. Company data, reporting fields, policies and payment methods apply the same way. The merchant sees the link status (Sent, Opened, Authorized, Captured, Settled) and the client interaction.
Who is Corporate PayLink for?
Merchants: You bill companies without integration or code and track the status of every link in the Merchant portal.
Companies and employees: You pay a merchant's offers with your company's corporate payment method, see I received a Corporate PayLink.
Difference from Corporate Checkout
Corporate Checkout is integrated into the merchant's web shop and is used when buying on the website. Corporate PayLink needs no integration: the merchant sends a link, and payment uses the same company data, policies and payment methods.
