This article describes steps 3 to 6 of the New Contract wizard. How to create a contract (steps 1 and 2) is covered in the article Corporate PayLink: sending offers and payment requests.
You see the payment methods from your payments acceptance and can decide per payment method whether it is available for this PayLink. Depending if the recipient already has a Corporate Wallet, your clients preferred or bespoke payment method will be highlighted. Via drag and drop you determine the order and thus the preference of the payment methods in the checkout.
In the payment schedule you define how payment happens (for example once, recurring or with a deposit or payment plan) and until when the checkout link is valid. The summary shows everything at a glance: provider, currency, items with net, taxes and total, payment schedule and payment methods. You can edit each section directly via the pencil icon. Confirm creates the contract.
Finally you receive the checkout URL, your PayLink. You can copy it and share it yourself, or enable Send by email: you then choose additional recipients (with Cc/Bcc), a subject and one of your e-mail templates, and can adjust the text before sending. You maintain the templates under E-mail Templates (see the article "E-mail templates for Corporate PayLink"). Optionally you enable client interaction tracking to see whether your client has used the link.
Tip: With Save for Later you can save an unfinished contract and complete it later. You can find all contracts and their status under Proposal & Contract.
