If you want to roll out 1-CP centrally for your whole company or a department, 1-CP offers a guided onboarding process. Instead of every employee signing up separately, they are assigned automatically to your company's Business Unit.
How the assignment works
Company SSO: Employees are recognized via your company's existing login (e.g. Google, Microsoft Entra ID or Okta) and assigned automatically. Details in Company SSO (Single Sign-On) and in the guides Set up company SSO: Microsoft Entra ID and Set up company SSO: Okta.
Domain matching: All users with a certain email domain (e.g.
@yourcompany.com) are assigned automatically to your Business Unit.
