Under "Organization" you map your company structure in 1-CP. The area has five sections.
A Business Unit is the organizational bracket (for example a group, brand or subsidiary); companies are the legal entities inside it. Business Units can be nested via parent Business Units. In each list you can search, create new entries ("Create New"), activate or deactivate entries with the toggle and edit them via the pencil icon. The "Verified" status shows whether an entry has been verified.
The Org Tree visualizes your structure graphically: root Business Units, nested Business Units and their companies, each with verification status. This is the fastest way to check whether your setup matches your real organization.
Users: All users of your organization with name, company, email and creation date. Search and filter by email, first name, last name and more.
Grouping: Organize users into groups, for example per department or location.
Permissions: Control what users and groups are allowed to see and do.
How to create groups and assign permissions is covered in detail in the article "Users, groups and permissions".
