Overview, Companies and Business Units
A Business Unit is the organizational bracket (e.g. a group, brand or subsidiary). Under Companies you manage the legal entities inside it. Business Units can be nested via Parent Business Units. In each list you can search, create new entries (Create New), activate or deactivate entries with the toggle and edit them via the pencil icon.
The Verified status shows whether an entry has been verified. How your company takes over its Business Unit centrally is described in Central onboarding: rolling out 1-CP in your company. You set up payment methods for your Business Units as described in Corporate payment methods.
Org Tree
The Org Tree shows your structure graphically: Root Business Units, nested Business Units and their Companies, each with verification status. This is the fastest way to check whether your setup matches your real company.
Users & Permissions
Here you manage your company's users, bundle them into groups and use permissions to define who can do what in the portal. The details are described in Users, groups and permissions.
