The Corporate Wallet® Agent is a browser extension for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It connects your 1-CP Corporate Wallet with the online shops you already use, so you can complete business purchases on any website without changing how you shop.
Detects checkouts automatically: When you reach a checkout page, the agent can offer to take over and handle the purchase as a business expense. You can also start it manually at any time via the 1-CP icon on the side of the page.
Fills in your company data: Name, billing address, VAT ID and your reporting details (such as cost center or project number) are filled into the merchant's forms for you.
Pays with your corporate payment methods: Depending on your setup, the agent uses a single-use virtual corporate card, a centrally stored company card or your own card, always within your company's policies.
Collects invoices automatically: Every order gets a transaction-specific invoice email address. Used in the checkout, it routes invoices and receipts to your records automatically.
The agent never buys anything on its own. Every purchase requires your explicit review and confirmation, and your company's policies and spending limits always apply.
A 1-CP Corporate Wallet account. You can create one yourself with your business email or use the account provided by your employer. The login is the same as for the 1-CP Dashboard.
