First of all: By default, every user can only see their own purchases and bookings they made themselves. You've got full transparency over your transaction history in your personal 1-CP dashboard.
If your "Corporate Wallet
" is managed from the start by your company or an external organization (like your accounting department or travel management), your business bookings are also visible to the admins who are authorized in that organization.
That's necessary so your company can manage purchases centrally, assign them to policies (compliance), and book them correctly (like for expense reports or invoice checks).
You might have used 1-CP first as an individual employee (personal account) and your company decides later to introduce 1-CP centrally.
In that case, your existing account will be transferred into your company's "Business Unit" (the company account) or assigned.
Important note regarding transparency: As soon as your account is assigned to your company, you'll get a clear notification the next time you log in. That notification tells you your (future) bookings can also be viewed by your organization's admins starting then.
