As an employee, you can register yourself directly during your first purchase. This process creates your personal "Corporate Wallet
", which you can use right away and for future purchases.
Enter company email: During checkout, pick the Corporate Checkout and enter your business email address.
OTP Verification: You'll instantly get a one-time code (OTP) sent to this email address. Entering this code confirms your identity and makes sure only you can use your profile.
Set up profile (first time only): If there's no profile for this email yet, you'll be asked to set up your profile (your "Corporate Wallet").
Enter details: You only need to provide a minimum amount of info here. Plus, you can add extra fields you use a lot (like cost center or employee number), which will be filled in automatically on your next purchases.
Reuse: The info saved in your profile can be reused with any vendor in the 1-CP network and changed at any time.
Security: To make sure it's secure, a new OTP verification gets done for every use.
Dashboard access: Once you're registered, you've got access to your personal 1-CP dashboard. There you can see all your transactions and manage your profile settings (including extra fields).
Advanced features: In the dashboard, you can also manage your company if needed and set up extra connectors for expense reports, accounting, single sign-on (SSO), or profile sync.
If you want to roll out 1-CP for your whole company or a department, we offer a managed onboarding process.
Instead of everyone signing up separately, your employees can automatically get assigned to your "Business Unit" (your company account).
Here's how assigning works:
Single Sign-On (SSO): Employees are recognized via your existing company login (e.g. Google SSO, Microsoft, Okta) and matched automatically.
Domain Matching: All users with a certain email domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com) will be added to your account automatically.
This way, you can manage policies, payment methods, and hook up accounting and expense systems for all your users in one place.
