You find all your business transactions in the 1-CP Dashboard at dash.1-cp.com.
The transaction list
On your dashboard, click View All next to Recent Activities to see all your transactions. You can search by ID, contract title, reference or the title of the first item, filter by amount, category and merchant, and narrow down the time range. Each row shows the reference, merchant, payment method, amount, status (for example PAID or CANCELED), category and date.
The transaction details
Click a transaction to open its detail page. It shows:
Order items: What was purchased, with dates, quantities, net amounts, taxes and the total.
Reporting Details: The reporting fields recorded for this purchase, for example Accounting Unit, Department Code, Internal Account, cost center, employee number, project number and order number.
Change History: Every status change with timestamp and who made it.
Sidebar: The transaction ID, creation date, the 1-CP invoicing email used for this order, merchant, company information, billing address, buyer info, payment method and the issuing configuration.
Why the 1-CP invoicing email matters
Every transaction has its own 1-CP invoicing email. Invoices and receipts the merchant sends to this address are automatically matched to the transaction, so your records stay complete without manual work. When you shop with the Corporate Wallet® Agent, the 1-CP invoicing email is also used as the invoice address, as described in How do I buy with the Agent?.
